Here at Energy Renewals we value our staff and customers very much. Without either of them we wouldn’t be able to continue. With this in mind, the whole company took time out last week for 2 EOS days (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
In the beautiful setting of Missenden Abbey, we spent the 2 days focusing on the future of Energy Renewals and team building to help make our already strong team stronger. Various team exercises were undertaken and secrets shared with the outcome being positive for a healthy happy team. An evening ten pin bowling found our competitive sides! Or in my case just showed how bad my bowling skills are!! We followed this with a lovely meal at Bills in High Wycombe. Everyone agreeing that it was a most enjoyable evening.
Back at Missenden Abbey for day 2 we concentrated on the ‘future’. With Covid-19 still hanging around in full force we cannot ignore any impact it may have for the future of Energy Renewals and our customers. This is, of course, in addition to the ‘normal’ issue’s businesses are faced with on a daily basis.
We spent a lot of the time ironing out any issues that arose from our talks. We discussed the future, agreed strategies and the plans and ideas we intend to implement going forward.
I can safely say that as unknown as the future is, we are prepared for what it may bring. We have a united team ready for action. Energy Renewals can go from strength to strength. The future is looking bright!
